Delivery times depend on the product type: accessories are delivered in 1–4 business days, bicycles in 6–15 business days, and e-bikes in 8–20 business days. We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Do you offer free shipping on bikes in the UAE?

Yes! Shipping is free for all orders above 300 AED across all Emirates. For orders below 300 AED, a flat shipping fee of 15 AED applies.

What is the Winrider return policy for bikes and accessories?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return. Please note that bikes that have been assembled or ridden are not eligible for return.

E-bikes are heavier than standard bicycles due to the motor and battery, making proper sizing even more important for safe handling and comfortable rides.
