To be eligible for a return:

All bicycles and e-bikes sold by WinRider AE come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty (unless stated otherwise).
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Use of bicycles and e-bikes is at the customer’s own risk. Always wear proper safety gear and follow local traffic regulations.
